Pet the dog and scratch his ears or push him away so I can get back to work?
Put money in the kids lunch account or lecture them about the folly of irresponsibility?
Check my email, social media, text messages or anything else or get back to work writing?
Go to my daughter’s game over an hour away tomorrow or stay home and get work done around the house?
Eat the second-to-last muffin so the kids have to split the last one or leave it so they both can have one when they get home?
Treat myself to the expensive cup of coffee on the way to the office or brew up a travel cup at home?
Return the phone call or strum the guitar for a while?
Visit with my dad next weekend or go to the football game?

What are the choices you make each day that could impact you in a greater, healthier, more positive way
