Happy (almost) Thanksgiving!
I don’t know about you, but this is one of my favorite times of the year – a nice long weekend, friends, family and good food, minimal expectations other than choosing your side of the “Black Friday” debate, and a little bit of relaxation before the joy and expectations of the Christmas Season. There is a lot to be thankful for!
Hopefully you are able to find a few things you are grateful for – for many reasons, but for the sake of this article, because it is good for you! Psychologically health to be grateful. Gratitude will improve your mental, emotional, physical, AND spiritual health!
Gratitude will leave you more satisfied (and less bloated) than all the turkey and stuffing you can eat!
