Relish Your Partner

March 7, 2021

Look, I didn’t name it, but I am using it.

Relish is a new – or at least new to me – “Relationship Coaching and Self-Care App”, recommended to me by someone in my office.

So far, I kind of like it.

It’s got quite a few of the tools I use in my office – attachment styles, love languages, and some great communication prompts.  Of course, they are somewhat less intensive or as exact as you might expect in a clinical office, but still helpful.

I think what I like the best about it, is that it gives you and your partner plenty to talk about.  It opens up discussions that may be long dormant, or never happened at all.  It also recommends some exercises and talking points to work through difficult topics.  Oh yeah, AND you even get a “relationship coach” – which, in my very biased opinion, may not be as good as a trained psychotherapist – however, it might still prove helpful through the app.

I’m still new to it – working through the 7-day free trial.  But I think if it continues to be as interesting and robust as it starts, we may invest in the full $99 / year program.  I’ll keep you posted on that.

Meanwhile, if you are interested, give it a try – I would love to know what you think, and what your experience is like.  Give it a try here:  https://hellorelish.com/

Take care!  – Dan
