Transforming Workplace Wellness

February 17, 2025
Whew… it’s been a week.  I just got back from an amazing and CHALLENGING psilcybin practicum in Oregon.  I can’t wait to tell you all about it.  Not necessarily why you should consider something like this, but what it did for me – to me.  Honestly, I’m still working to integrate it, to make sense of all of it.  Fortunately, I worked with an AMAZING group of 20+ other therapists and healing professionals to prepare, and to create a “container” for this practicum, and we still have several “integration” calls coming up.  But it was a lot.  And there is still a lot to unpack.
Until then, I did record a couple really cool podcast episodes for you:
In this conversation, Jasmine Dennis discusses her journey in the health and wellness industry, emphasizing the importance of compassionate leadership in preventing burnout. She introduces the concept of the ‘burnout pie’ to help visualize and address stressors in life. Jasmine shares insights on herbal remedies for better sleep and the benefits of laughter yoga. The conversation highlights the need for a wellness culture in organizations and the significance of community and connection in healing.
